Terms and Conditions

Courses

Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training courses that have been booked in conjunction with the the purchase of ACT! Professional or ACT for Workgroups shall be scheduled within 2 months of purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the backgrounds of delegates are suitable for the training course that they are attending. Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training will not be liable for any refund in the case where delegates do not meet the course prerequisites.

In-house training charges cover tuition, a full set of course notes and a reference text (where appropriate) per delegate. Additional rechargeable costs are the tutor's travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses.

Courses may be undertaken using portable equipment such as laptop computers and may be in rented accommodation such as a hotel conference room or similar. Customers agree that they understand and accept this and shall advise Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training if this is likely to be inappropriate for the delegate(s) concerned.

We may be able to provide equipment suitable for the delivery of in-house training for a negotiable additional fee. Please ensure that there is no ambiguity about this, if it is required.

Provision of lunch and other subsistence requirements are the responsibility of the delegates.

You may cancel a scheduled course and be fully refunded all course fees provided more than 28 working days notice (working days excludes all statutory bank holidays) is given. All cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training. If less than 28 working days notice is given, full fees are payable..

In the event that it is necessary for Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training to cancel or reschedule a course, we will endeavour to give a minimum of 14 days working days notice. In such circumstances a full refund or alternative dates will be available and all liability by Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training will be limited to the value of the original course fee.

Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Course content might vary from published contents. We always aim for full customer satisfaction in training services rendered. However, the customer's remedies against Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training will be limited to damages to the amount of related course fees paid. In no event can we accept any liability for consequential loss, loss of data or economic loss.

All course materials are copyright and intellectual property of Mark Rastin IT Help, Support & Training.

These terms and conditions take precedence over any terms and conditions of the customer.

Payment

All accounts are payable within 30 days of Invoice date unless payment is made in advance. Interest will be charged on all amounts outstanding at the rate of 2% per month compound. An additional charge will be made for all costs and expenses incurred by Mark Rastin or his agents in the collection of monies due from a client in addition to the standing invoices and interest thereon. Where any amounts are disputed they must be  notified to Mark Rastin in writing within 30 days as any disputed items beyond that timescale will not be considered and will be payable above.
