I've been teaching IT for four years and I possess a Post Graduate Certificate in Education / Certificate in Education (PGCE/Cert Ed). My knowledge and experience of Microsoft products has been gained through their extensive use in industry (predominantly at Honeywell Control Systems and Sony Manufacturing Co. Ltd.).

I am a Sage (UK) Limited trained and certified ACT! Professional Product Specialist (Exam reference 8782).

I provide IT Training in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project etc.) - both 2003 and 2007 versions. In addition to the Microsoft applications I also provide a range of course in Sage ACT! Customer Relationship Management and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications - Excel, Word, Access, Visio etc.).
