Introduction: |
This course concentrates on the advanced features of PowerPoint. Interactive presentations are very effective ways of interfacing with viewers. PowerPoint allows the designer to place buttons on slides that viewers can click on to jump to other slides, files, emails etc. A presentation can be enhanced by adding various sound effects, CD tracks and Movies to play continuously or slide by slide. Like all the Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint can be linked to the contents of Office application files to share information and ensure it's up to date. The Templates facility allows designers to store previous presentations and re-use them easily without the danger of over-writing the originals. Tables and Organisation Charts allow designers to incorporate extremely professional looking and easy to read data. |
