Aims:

The student shall demonstrate their competence in the basic features of Outlook 2007 when used with Exchange 2007.

Introduction:

On completion of the course, the student shall be able to accomplish tasks such as adding and managing contacts, managing emails, managing calendar appointments, managing notes, managing tasks, use the journal, organise/share items (emails, calendars, tasks etc.) use other Outlook features. All the above tasks relate to Outlook when used with Exchange Server 2007.
